- University graduated
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Excellent knowledge in using Excel calculations
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and additional language is preferred( French) (other language skills is a plus)
- Excellence in E-mailing
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent Computer Skills & Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience: 3 years
- Extra experience: preferred Logistics or Export .
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments according to senior District Export Manager instructions.
- Speed in tasks execution.
- Provide general support to visitors.
