About the Job
  • Preparing quotations and proforma invoices to customers outside Egypt.
  • Contacting the shipping companies & receiving offers shipping quotes from them.
  • Reviewing the invoices related to the shipment, reviewing the prices and other details.
  • Dealing with the factory to follow the order.
  • Preparing the support documents upon District Management request.
  • Doing customer’s revealed account.
  • Follow the movement of the warehouses of the company’s own stores abroad.
  • Working on several issues at the same time.
  • Smooth Communication with several company departments for work requirements
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Book travel arrangements.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
Job Requirements
  • University graduated
  • Proven admin or assistant experience
  • Excellent knowledge in using Excel calculations
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and additional language is preferred( French) (other language skills is a plus)
  • Excellence in E-mailing
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent Computer Skills & Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience: 3 years
  • Extra experience: preferred Logistics or Export .
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments according to senior District Export Manager instructions.
  • Speed in tasks execution.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
