Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
- Talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of problems
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Working continuously on a task until completion
- Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone software, via remote connection or over the Internet
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
- Research required information using available resources
Job Requirements
- 0 - 2 year(s) of Bachelor's in computer science or related
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Deep knowledge of Windows Operating System, knowledge of hard desk management tools, Anti-Spyware, Microsoft Office, Network Management Software, Remote Control Software, LAN.
- Very good communication skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Good knowledge about VMware
- Good knowledge about ESXI
- Experience with Windows 7 and Windows Server (2008, 2012)
- Experience with SQL server
- Experience with Postgre SQL
