Job Description
- Responsible for all Logistics Operations (Sea-Air) of our new production Facilities in Africa & Middle East.
- Follow up purchasing orders & foreign purchasing activities accurately on daily basis.
- Handel Out-bound Shipments from Free Zone Areas.
- Follow up the Order Processing with concerning Departments to meet Shipping dates.
- Communicate directly with Suppliers, Freight Forwarders, Branches and Procurement Team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of all Shipments.
- Follow up all Clearance Procedures for In-bound Shipments.
- Follow up Delivery Problems as soon as it happens & resolve it rapidly with the lowest cost.
- Negotiate with Logistics Services Providers to get best Prices.
- Provide necessary documentation for freight payments to accounts payable.
- Analyze Logistics Cost & prepare quarterly Report.
- Create Logistics KPI’s & Control Logistics Performance.
Job Requirements
- From 5 to 7 years of Experience.
- Post Graduate Certificates in logistics & Supply Chain is a plus.
- V.Good In English Language.
- Strong Leading and reporting Skills
- Medical Devices experience is a plus
