Job Description
- Prepare and maintain employment records, carrying out all personnel related functions and handle all issues related with governmental authorities .
- Gather the required data regarding employees' attendance, leaves, vacations, overtime, penalties and submit it to the HR team for payroll preparation.
- Manage the preparing and closing of social and medical insurance accounts provided by the company to employees.
- Responsible for completing and maintaining employees’ personnel files in accordance with the Egyptian labor law.
- Responsible for issuing social insurance forms no 1 & 2 & 6.
- Monitoring employees’ attendance and applying HR policy for late arrival and absence.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating employees leaves balance (Annual vacation, Accidental leave, Sick leave, unpaid leaves).
- Concluding employment contracts & renewals for all employees & advice line managers with due dates of probation period. (According to Egyptian labor law.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years minimum experience in personnel field.
- Fluent English language
- Work under stress
- Self Motivated
