Job Description
- Handle the sourcing activities using available different sourcing channels for and recommend new prospected channels if any.
- Screen applicants’ resumes and entering the data of potential candidates on the resourcing online tool and updating their status after each selection phase
- Perform phone interviews following the recruitment script and evaluate the German level of the candidates.
- Provide feedback brief session to each external candidate
- Manage the mass interview logistics on a rotational basis such as preparing the application and evaluation material, welcoming the candidates and leading them to the interview room, contacting the interviews no shows
- Doing face to face interviews if needed
Job Requirements
- Fluent German speaker
- Good English
- Excellent communication skills
- Call Center Experience is a plus
