Job Description
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Effectively maintains and retains existing customers by building long-term relationships
- Builds customer base by meeting with potential clients and educating them on the benefits of their products
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe
- Performs collection activities as required
- Participates in continued education to learn about new products and improved sales techniques
- Tracks personal sales statistics and submits them to Sales Manager for period reviews
- Completes proactive customer “good will” calls
- Achieves assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts.
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Fluent in (Spanish and English) languages.
- Experience 2-5 years in similar position (sales and customer relation) Preferably in industrial field or printing or publishing co.
- v.Good communication skills & Presentation skills.
- Very good Negotiation Skills
- Results oriented
- This position requires extensive travel (Spain and others).
