Job Description

  • Understands the organizations rules and structures and utilizes political processes effectively to get things done.
  • Give assistance in Preparing Annual Manpower Plan.
  • Quickly understands and analyses complex issues and problems; comes up with sound and rational judgments.a
  • Co-operates well with others; shares knowledge, experience and information; supports others in the pursuit of team goals.
  • Handling recruitment activities (posting vacancies, screening and filtering CVs, conducting phone and individual interviews, communicating job offers…etc.)..
  • Adheres to company rules and procedures; executes plans with commitment
  • Use different resources to post new vacancies to be able to attract the right calibers.
  • Determination; achieves high quality results
  • Suggest and update corporate structure from strategic prospective.
  • Design an Accountability Matrix for the entire company.
  • Align job roles with agreed organizational structure.
  • Participate in developing job descriptions in coordination with HR operation.
  • Design career path program and develop succession plan.
  • Adapt proper job analysis approach to evaluate current and potential roles.
  • Coordinating the implementation and delivery of training curriculum of various delivery techniques (i.e. computer-based, hand-on, classroom, distance learning, partnerships
  • Other duties as assigned by the OD & Recruitment Section Head.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in a related field.
  • Excellent in English . 
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Advanced excel and word is a Must
  • High capacity planning and time management.
  • Extensive knowledge labor laws.
  • Good skill in the preparation of reports.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • High Communication skills high.
  • High personal skills.
  • Motivated to work.
  • Personal leadership.
  • High Flexibility.
  • HR diploma / TOT or any equal study is a Must
