Job Description
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources, including internal databases, ERP systems, and external data sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in large datasets, using statistical methods and data visualization techniques.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, production operations, and finance, to define data analysis requirements and deliver insights that support business objectives.
- Conduct predictive modeling and forecasting to anticipate future trends and outcomes, such as demand forecasting, sales projections, and inventory optimization.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and generate insights to address specific business questions or challenges, supporting strategic decision-making and problem-solving.
- Identify opportunities to improve data collection processes, data quality, and analytical methodologies, proposing and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and data visualization, continuously improving skills and capabilities.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior management, through written reports, presentations, and data-driven storytelling.
- Handle any other tasks related to his role.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data analysis not less than 3 to 4 years, data visualization, and statistical modeling, preferably in the F&B industry or related field.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL, Python or similar programming languages.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib/seaborn for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets and communicate findings clearly and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
