Job Description
- Report results of receiving and dispatching volumes to ensure timely delivery of customer’s items in order to achieve the department target
- Coordinate and cooperate with other departments to facilitate handling all orders to achieve the targets and ensure the customer satisfaction
- Carry out a monthly data analysis to identify the current customer service level position to ensure the continuity of service level development.
- Maintain the stock point requirements (Sales trucks, Warehousing equipment, Operators, the warehouse facility, and Utilities) in coordination with each category related function and ensure the timely forwarding of these requirements plans to the appropriate function
- Control the inventory stocks to be in line with the agreed safety stocks on hand as per the business model guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Good command of verbal and written English and Arabic languages
