Job Description
Responsibilities
- Facilitates the entire import process to ensure compliant, timely, and accurate inventory movements, which includes shipment coordination, import documents, FDA/Customs clearance, goods movements from in-transit location to storage warehouse or formulator, duty rate application, and internal communication.
- Key contact for group supply companies for all overseas logistics issues (import).
- Maintains required record keeping for all imports, compliant with both FDA and Egypt Customs law.
- Resolves non-conformance logistics and transportation issues regarding imports and communicates with supply chain team as appropriate.
- Facilitates the distribution requirements planning process to insure timely and accurate product delivery, which includes product movement from warehouses and formulators.
- Reviews, reconciles, and approves warehousing invoices for storage and material handling fees.
- Ensure timely processing and payment of vendor invoices. Audit storage and freight bills for accuracy.
- Work with warehouses, brokers and transportation providers to ensure streamlined procedures in line with our business and products.
- Ensure vendors are in compliance with applicable regulations.

- BSc of Commerce – English Section is a must
- 1-2 years’ experience in transportation, distribution and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills & Excellent command of English
