A Multinational Insurance Company is recruiting a group of Sales managers and leaders For its; “SALES MANAGER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM,” An intensive program that will lead you to a great career.
- Leading, monitoring and supervision sales team activities to achieve organization targets.
- Build a strong team ,recruit qualified candidates
- Review operational records , reports for sales force, productivity , and quality
- Ability to work directly with customers using a convincing manner and field support with sales team
- Aware of problem solving and have a creative thinking.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 26 years of age
- Minimum 3 years in Sales, preferably with experience in managing a Sales team
- Resident in Egypt
- University degree preferably Finance or Business
- Excellent communications/presentations skills
- A Proven previous record of success with sales management experience
- A candidate with Entrepreneurial spirit and a “can-do” attitude
- High achievement drive and goals/results oriented.
