Job Description
- Design and implement backend web services that power the Instabug platform.
- Write automated tests for all backend components.
- Manage/maintain AWS backend architecture.
- Optimize and scale performance to support millions of users.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in RoR Development.
- Excellent knowledge of the different testing frameworks.
- Excellent knowledge of the best practices in developing RESTful APIs.
- Excellent knowledge of MySQL and Redis DB.
- Good knowledge of Amazon Web Services.
- Good knowledge of load/stress testing of web APIs
- Good knowledge of the different Ruby frameworks.
Extras (Bonus):
- Previous experience using the Stripe Online Payment Gateway.
- Previous experience deploying RoR apps on AWS Elastic Beanstalk.
- Experience with other web technologies such as Angular.js, Node.js etc..
- Flexible to work from outside of Egypt (Silicon Valley, CA)
- World class Fifa16 player.
