Job Description

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts.
  • Dealing with our clients and managerial level.
  • Able to create alternatives.
  • Follow up with the clients for the required requests.
  • Leading and training other members of the account team.
  • Managing the work of account executives
  • Leading project management activity.
  • Ensuring necessary actions are undertaken by the account team.
  • Attending client meetings
  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
  • Completing administrative work, as required.

Job Requirements

  • Must have worked in Call Center Industry.
  • Very Good English both written and spoken.
  • High communication and presentation skills.
  • Males only.
  • High analytical skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Excellent user of Microsoft office
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • High sense of ownership
  • High sense of follow up
  • Good knowledge about Human Resources department.
