Job Description
- Managing a portfolio of accounts.
- Dealing with our clients and managerial level.
- Able to create alternatives.
- Follow up with the clients for the required requests.
- Leading and training other members of the account team.
- Managing the work of account executives
- Leading project management activity.
- Ensuring necessary actions are undertaken by the account team.
- Attending client meetings
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Completing administrative work, as required.
Job Requirements
- Must have worked in Call Center Industry.
- Very Good English both written and spoken.
- High communication and presentation skills.
