Job Description
- Initiate Outbound calls by offering our service to customers and answer their questions and inquiries via phones and e-mails
- Determine customer needs and provides you with the best solutions the real estate industry demands.
- Assisting sales associates with administrative needs, entering sales and closings into document management system
- Update the database with the possible changes and the customers' status
- Setting up offices sales files, maintaining office equipment and inventory
- Assisting agents with personal marketing and registration into company websites teaching agents how to use the tools.
Job Requirements
- Age 22- 25
- Bachelor's Degree is A must
- Language school graduate
- Very good command in English
- No Experience is needed
- Good knowledge of Windows operating environment, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
