Job Description
- Receive and welcome clients at office place convincing clients that IPMC is their reliable real estate firm
- Establish, develop and maintain client database including regular Contact with all clients.
- Help clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking
- Sending out the proper details of offered properties for clients over the phone , though E-mails
- Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
- Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and delivery.
- Review plans for new construction with clients, recommending available options and features
- achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring high quality customer service
- Maintain the after sales professional level of service with property owners
