Job Description
- Handling all the customer complains, efficiently and courteously and Handling.
- All the health insurance Customers, Weekly and monthly reports and statistics.
- Checking the administrations and operational tasks and the Hospital procedures are done properly.
- Assist the customers with their demands, suggestions and complaints.
- Ensure admission, reception and billing functions are professionally maintained.
- Responsible for Patient Welcoming, Registration, billing, admissions and discharges of inpatients.
- Generation of timely and accurate bills, receipts and refunds
- Handle telephone calls and take messages; assist callers with the necessary and accurate information.
- Provide necessary support to ensure that patient registration process is in order.
- Checking eligibility of credit customers, checking validity of insurance membership cards, its eligibility and checking credit authorization.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other support staff for the accurate billing of patient
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Graduate from faculty of Medicine / Pharmacy/dentist.
