Job Description
Critical Duties:
- Supervise and review the preparation of construction method statements with construction personnel
- Planning and maintaining project budget , requirements and schedule Planning
- Take part in the project management review and risk management review
- Liaise between the construction and engineering teams ensuring the harmony between engineering team requirements and construction team deliverables
- Prepare technical material submittal
- Attend progress meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals
- Managing the cost analysis and cost control of site activities
- Follow-up with subcontractors during negotiations and offer award or subcontract terms, performance and payments
- Maintaining organized and detailed project records
- Preparing calculation sheets, structural workshop drawings, bill of quantities and coordination with Site.
- Coordinate between the construction and engineering teams ensuring that the construction requirements are conveyed to the engineering teams and that the engineering deliverable satisfy the construction requirements.
- Coordinate with quantity surveyors.
- Working out the loads and stresses on different parts of a structure And different types of structures like wall bearing, ground and elevated tanks, water treatment tanks, villas and chalets.
- Using computer simulations like SAP2000 and SAFE to predict how structures will react under different conditions..
- Maintaining organized, detailed project records and Documenting project issues/conditions.
Job Requirements
Qualifications/Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil Department / Architecture)
Skill & knowledge:
- English: good
- Developed communication and time management skills
- Have a strong experience in (Auto Cad /SAP / SAFE / Revit / Primavera)
- Ability to use the main MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook)
