Job Description

  • Review drawings and shop drawings submitted by the consultants and engineering department
  • Provide and gather all the required technical documents such as drawings, manuals and instructions for construction team
  • Preparing technical and material submittals.
  • Planning and maintaining project budget and schedule planning.
  • provides technical & administrative information to the others working on a project to ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design
  • Review contract documents and advise the Project Manager on technical matters affecting
  • construction and time costs.
  • Maintaining organized and detailed records and documents of all projects (i.e. working drawings, quantity surveying, purchase orders … etc)
  • Managing the cost analysis and cost control of site activities.
  • Implementing and solving technical problems that arise.
  • Following up with subcontractors during negotiations and offer award or subcontract terms, performance and payments.

  • Check the specifications to implement all the terms and conditions for receiving all the terms set by the management director of engineering.
  • Follow-up and Coordination with the external design company
  • Monitor purchases and compliance with the specifications in coordination with Procurement Department and Financial Department .
  • Review and approve material requisitions for Projects.
  • Manages the negotiation of contract pricing when necessary.
  • Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
  • Manage , Train & evaluate technical engineers
  • Prepare Projects monthly report to the CEO

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Must have worked within a technical office.
  • Experience in residential project is preferred
  • Professional user RIVIT & Primavera
  • In-depth up to date technical knowledge
  • Leadership & Time management Skills
  • Gender : male
