Job Description
- Oversees and plans all architectural aspects of construction projects.
- Responsible for final specifications, approval of ordered materials, and overall guidance on objectives and concepts.
- Plans layout of project and integrates engineering elements into unified design
- Prepares scale drawings and contract documents for building subcontractors to integrate their elements in the master plans.
- Administers preparation of shop drawings and conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.
- Choose suitable materials that comply with project specifications and prepare their submitting.
- Coordinates activities concerned with other trades and technical issues.
- Leads, directs and evaluates work of subordinate architects and technicians.
- Performs a variety of complex tasks.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 year experience in architecture working drawing and architectural details
- 2-3 year experience in site execution especially finishing materials.
