Job Description
Technical Support- Call Center advisor outsourcing for leading telecommunication company located in UAE.
Vacancy available for Engineers or Non-Engineers with basic Networks or CCNA background.
Work location: in Maadi.
Job Discription:
- Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
- Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
- Participates in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues; recommending instructional language.
- Accommodates client disabilities by recommending devices and techniques.
- Avoids legal challenges by monitoring compliance with service agreements.
- Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks.
- Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Work Conditions:
- Salary 3200 EGP.
- 9 working hours, includes 45 minutes breaks.
- Work location in Maadi.
- Computer based.
- Working over the phone.
Job Requirements
Job Requirement:
- Very Good English speaker.
- Basic networks and IT background is required.
- Males must have an identified military status.
- Maximum Age is 40.
- Graduates only.
- Able to work in Cairo, Maadi.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts 24/7 for both Males and Females.
