Job Description
- Researching the market and related services provided by competitiors.
- Present the training center courses favourably and in a structured professional way face-to-face.
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
- Represent your organisation at exhibitions, events and demonstrations & act as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Record sales and discuss through regular meetings with the upper management.
- Review the business sales performance and meet or exceed targets.
- Set a marketing plan for both short and long term.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Respond to incoming emails and phone enquiries.
- Advise on forthcoming serivice developments and discuss special promotions.
- Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective clients.
Job Requirements
- The candidate age should be 30-40 years old.( more or less could be accepted according to qualifications)
- Advanced level in English language fluency.
- Excellent communication skills with strong business related knowledge.
- Experience of 2-3 years in sales & marketing.( Related to educational projects is a plus )
- The ability and desire for a sales job with a confident and determined approach.
- Excellent knowledge and use of microsoft office( Word, Excell, Powerpoint).
- Highly self motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
- Should possess the skills to work both in team and also perform independently.
- Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets.
