- Ensure of the delivery of IT systems implementations projects.
- Translate business requirements into application enhancements.
- Ensure all application support requests are resolved with help of 3rd parties.
- Manage IT budget, assets and support contracts/SLAs.
- Manage infrastructure services delivery and site contractors responsible for support activities.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Administration.
- 4+ years of IT experience in an infrastructure and ERP/business applications.
