Job Description

The Administrator will be responsible of the following : 

Website and app administration

  • Monitoring app requests
  • Uploading client promotions
  • Uploading data given by management department
  • Confirming data for service activation


Quarter Plan Publishing

  • Publishing the quarterly marketing plans for clients (with the team)
  • Applying the marketing strategies given from management on the website


Communication with Clients

  • Receiving and handling emails regarding any promotion clients wants.
  • Monitoring complaints from clients

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience is an asset but not required
  • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of dealing with computers
  • MS Office
  • Intermediate/Advanced English level
  • Willingness to enroll in courses and learn
  • Passionate about work
  • Able to work in teams and under pressure.
