The Administrator will be responsible of the following :
Website and app administration
Quarter Plan Publishing
Communication with Clients
Website and app administration
- Monitoring app requests
- Uploading client promotions
- Uploading data given by management department
- Confirming data for service activation
Quarter Plan Publishing
- Publishing the quarterly marketing plans for clients (with the team)
- Applying the marketing strategies given from management on the website
Communication with Clients
- Receiving and handling emails regarding any promotion clients wants.
- Monitoring complaints from clients
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience is an asset but not required
- Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of dealing with computers
- MS Office
- Intermediate/Advanced English level
- Willingness to enroll in courses and learn
- Passionate about work
- Able to work in teams and under pressure.
