Job Description
- Administration of system infrastructure according to corporate strategies.
- Microsoft Infrastructure Platform
- Virtualization technology
- MS Messaging
- Awareness of inventory system
- Awareness of Backup system
- Respond to users Tickets and requests
- Make sure to follow the IT process and the COPC guidelines
- Make sure to work as per ISO 27001 guidelines
- Technical training sessions for the team and users if needed
- Creating the needed reports ,documents and manuals as needed
Job Requirements
- CCNA /MCSA is A MUST
- 2+ years of experience in the same field
- Strong TCP/IP Knowledge
- Strong System operation experience.
- Strong Client server understanding
- BSC of Engineering or computer science
