About DGM property solutions:

In  the year 2000 on the auspicious day of Mahashivratri, In Happy Valley, Ghodbunder Road, Thane, a vision called DGM was born. The realty market would be soon abuzz with their outlook, growth and standards in scope and delivery.

Today, DGM Property Solutions, one of the most important arms of the Group, is all set to professionalize and revolutionize the entire gamut of property solutions right from Agency Leasing and Corporate Solutions, Land Services, Research, Residential, Retail, Strategic Consulting among others.


This internship program is developed through a collaboration between AIESEC, the American university in Cairo and the Indian government to improve the business sector of the two countries, develop the skills of youth and provide them with International marketing professional experiences which enable them better understand the dynamics of markets abroad.

Home to the ancient Indus Valley Civilization and a region of historic trade routes and vast empires, the Indian subcontinent was identified with its commercial and cultural wealth for much of its long history which fulfils one of the core values of the program that aims at providing the interns with intense cultural experiences and thus enabling them to develop a global mindset needed in the 21st century.

Job Description:
  • Interacting with potential customers having either Residential or Commercial requirements, and understanding their Real Estate Requirement
  • Handling the Front Desk, and helping with training and development. 
  • Creating fun activities for the agents on our team and motivating the team and guiding them to push towards targets.
  • Suggesting appropriate options to the Customer. 
  • Handling Customer Queries and accounts from time to time and helping to close the deals
  • Areas of expertise will include connecting with and influencing people in different areas - such as, attracting existing Realtors to join our sales team.
  • Guiding customers with Investment Solutions, Corporate Leasing, Retail Solutions and Sole-Selling.

Duration of the Internship:

  • 4 Months 
  • Starting date is set in accordance with the company.
  • Preference is given to immediate availability.

Internship Requirements

  • Fluency in English.
  • Maximum age 30 years old.
  • Good analytical writing skills.
  • Ability to approach and contact top corporate Organizations.
  • Good Communication and Presentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of the sector.
  • Self motivated & result oriented.
  • Good articulation, convincing and negotiation abilities.
Starting Date is set between November and December
