Job Description
Job Objective :
To maintain and enhance systems and applications in order to ensure availability of information in a timely and cost effective manner.

Key Accountability:
- Follow-up on applications after implementation and carry out post-installation support in order to assess user satisfaction, provide required user training and to refine and adjust specific system configuration on an on-going basis.
- Assist CACC Helpdesk when they escalate any application issues to ensure complex problems are handled efficiently.
- Ensure that hardware and software components of the ICT systems are availed, properly installed and maintained and staff are adequately trained and supported to use them efficiently and effectively.
- Provide business areas with systems and applications support by delivering trainings to end users and empowering them with the necessary knowledge to operate and use the applications in day-to-day transactions and reporting.
- Co-ordinate Vendor supplied End-User training to ensure agreed standards are met and that CACC has received all required user documentation.
- Provide suitable application training and develop suitable “user support material” to the CACC Helpdesk team so that they are more skilled and proficient in their support function.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, business administration or relevant discipline and certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in applications and systems maintenance.
- Job-Specific Skills:
- Very good knowledge of systems operating within the company and software applications and application configuration
- Experience in the current Microsoft Windows server and desktop operating system.
- Experience Microsoft Exchange administration.
- Experience with Backup solutions and applications
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
- Self motivated and disciplined.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and conceptual thinking
- Excellent command of English
