Job Description
As an RPA business analyst, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and implementing RPA solutions across various business functions. Your expertise will help us automate complex business processes, leading to increased efficiency and reduced operational costs. By working closely with stakeholders and the IT team, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful deployment of RPA projects.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a detailed business analysis to identify and prioritize processes for automation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop automation strategies.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process definitions, mapping, and RPA solution designs.
- Stay abreast of the latest RPA technologies and trends to drive innovation within the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a business analyst with a strong understanding of RPA tools and technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with process mapping and process improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in RPA and/or Business Analysis.
- Experience in project management and Agile methodologies.
