- Coordinate and track shipments / orders to and from companies and clients to the system to ensure existing information for further processing.
- Communicate directly with customer service and couriers department to ensure efficient and time delivery of all shipments/ orders.
- Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
- Reply to clients emails.
- Ability to communicate in English language.
