- Answer or conduct sales calls with British, American and Egyptian customers in English
- Build strong rapport with customers over the phone
- Provide comprehensive information about different products and services
- Follow-up on sales inquiries via phone and/or email
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Document call information according to standard operating procedures
Senior Level:
- Work closely with Chief Commercial Officer to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategy
- Identify promising sales channels
- Refine existing sales processes
- Develop partnerships with third parties
- Meet with potential clients
- Represent company at academic and promotional events
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Fluent English with native or near-native accent is essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional demeanour
- Previous experience in a UK or US facing call center is a plus but not required
