Job Description
- Controls and monitors that customers are provided with services in accordance with the corporate standards. Takes the necessary precautions to eliminate any noncompliance.
- Controls and monitors whether the store is appropriate to visual arrangement standards. Takes the necessary precautions to eliminate any noncompliance.
- Controls and monitors product input and output in order to reach the store sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Takes the necessary precautions so that the store can reach its targets in performance areas such as sales, audit, mystery shopper, inventory deficit etc.
- Analyses and monitors operational costs.
- Keeps store expenses and staff budgets under control, and uses them efficiently. Monitors whether payments are made relevantly and at the right limits.
- Controls whether the store operational processes are appropriate to the company standards and legal legislation; determines and applies the necessary corrective and preventive actions related to any noncompliance.
- Do the necessary controlling and monitoring, and takes the necessary precautions in order to ensure that recorded and actual store stocks are consistent.
- Takes precautions about the security of life and property in the store according to legal legislation and the company memorandums.
- Do planning so that the store staff works in coordination with each other.
- Makes sure that store staff adopts procedures and rules; infuses them with the corporate culture and team spirit. Motivates employees.
- Provides the store staff with guidance and training to make sure of their personal and professional development. Helps them make their career plans by coaching and mentoring them; follows the related processes
1- معرفة الموظفين فى الفرع ومهارات كل فرد فيهم٠
2 –توزيع مهام العمل على الموظفين وتحسين بمهاراتهم .
3 – تدريب وتقوية مهارات الموظفين لمساعدتهم على تأديه مسذولياتهم الوظيفيه بشكل صحيح وافضل ومن اجل الترقي من قبل الإدارة
4- المعرفة التامة بالبضاعة الموجودة فى الفرع من موديلات وألوان واسعار ومقاسات.
5- معرفة كميه وقيمة البضاعة المتوفرة فىالفرع بشكل دائم ٠
6- التعاون مع بقية المديرين علي أعطاء واخذ البضاعة حسب حاجة الفرع ٠
7 – طلب البضاعة الناقصة من المخزن الزئيسي أومن خارج المخزن الرئيسى ان وجدت بالفروع بعد موافقه المدير المسئول
8- التنسيق مع مديرالماركة من حيث البضاعة بالفرع وطريقة عرضها والتارجت الشهرى والسنوى وعدد الموظفين والطلب منه فى حالة الاحتياج ٠
9 – مراقبة المبيعات اليومية والتأكد منتسليمها للإدارة العامة ٠
10- مراقبة كلعمليات الاسترجاع والتبديل للعملاء والتأكد من عمله بالشكل الصحيح .
11- إعطاء تقارير إسبوعية عن حركة البضاعة والمبيعات وكمية الزبائن الي مديرالماركة ومديرإدارة العمليا ت والمعنيين بالأمر .
12- رفع تقارير شهرية لمدير إدارة العمليات عن عمل الموظفين فى حال قوتها اوضعفها ومستوى الاداء .
13- عقد إجتماع شهرى مع موظفى الفرع والتحدث عن النقاط المهمة وحركة البضاعة بالموديلات – التارجت الشهرى – الاستماع الي مشاكل الموظفين والعمل على حلها ٠
14- تقديم تقرير تهدف الي العمل على زيادةالمبيعات.
15- استلام البضائع المحولة من المخزن الرئيسى والعمل على عرضها بدون تاخيربما يتسبب في فرض الجزاء المناسب و طبقا لوائح الشركه .
16- التأكد من الشكل العام للفرع ومدى احتياجه لعمل الصيانة وأبلاغ مديرإدارةالعمليات والإدارة الهندسية.
17- تدوين كل مايدورداخل الفرع فى دفتر الوردية shift bookبما فى ذلك مواعيدالراحة break الخاصة بالموظفين والزيارات.
18- ننفيذ وتطبيق المعرفة المكتسبة من التدريب ونقل المناسب من هذه المعرفة لموظفى الفرع.
19- التأكد من أن مخزن الفرع مرتب بشكل دائم٠

Job Requirements
- 6-8 Years of relevant experience with in brands like concrete - ted lamond - Dally Dress
- High sense of responsibility.
- Retail background is a must.
- Good people management skills.
- Good Command of English language.
- Fashion Industry knowledge is preferable.
- Good Computer skills (Excel,word,internet,social media Networks)
