Properties Telesales Consultant (Cyberspace) will perform under two KRAs (Key Resultant Areas):
- Converting e-Marketing into sales per segment/product groups.
- Achieve set Target.
Job Summary:
- At least 3 years of Sales experience within medium to large Real Estate / Properties companies. Working for an international Real Estate company is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in the Real Estate field and/or Property Management. He or She must have achieved high sales volume within the local or external markets (between EGP 20 – 40 M).
The Following is a must to have:
- Possesses understanding of contemporary sales.
- Professional inbound/ outbound e-Marketing and e-Sales techniques.
- Knowledge of selling different types of property as an investment.
- Ability to achieve sales target set in The Sales Plan.
- Team working and working under extreme pressure.
