Job Description

The Sales Executive is a telemarketing/telesales position, which entails the following responsibilities:

  • Cold calling a database of potential clients to propose a service developed in partnership with a telecom partner
  • Providing information about the service and the subscription/activation process by phone and/or email depending on the client’s requirements
  • Keeping record of all call outs, statuses, updates and required follow up
  • Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
  • Managing leads and successful sales on the company CRM
  • Daily reporting to supervisor on new subscriptions and activations
  • Meeting daily targets of call outs
  • Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in English & Arabic is a MUST (preferably international language school graduates)
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • University graduate
  • Experience with COLD CALLING and a proven track record is a MUST
  • 1-2 years experience in telesales/telemarketing, business development, sales - preferably in banking, insurance, hospitality, luxury travel
  • Flexibility to work shifts and extended hours if required
  • Ability to work independently while adhering very strictly to company rules & regulations
  • Motivated, self driven, team player with an eye for detail and very much a people person.
