Job Description
The Sales Executive is a telemarketing/telesales position, which entails the following responsibilities:
- Cold calling a database of potential clients to propose a service developed in partnership with a telecom partner
- Providing information about the service and the subscription/activation process by phone and/or email depending on the client’s requirements
- Keeping record of all call outs, statuses, updates and required follow up
- Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
- Managing leads and successful sales on the company CRM
- Daily reporting to supervisor on new subscriptions and activations
- Meeting daily targets of call outs
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English & Arabic is a MUST (preferably international language school graduates)
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- University graduate
- Experience with COLD CALLING and a proven track record is a MUST
- 1-2 years experience in telesales/telemarketing, business development, sales - preferably in banking, insurance, hospitality, luxury travel
- Flexibility to work shifts and extended hours if required
- Ability to work independently while adhering very strictly to company rules & regulations
- Motivated, self driven, team player with an eye for detail and very much a people person.
