Job Description
- Installing Windows server, SQL server, and Visual studio.
- Supporting Servers (IIS, SQL Server, and Windows Server)
- Supporting internal infrastructure (AD, DNS, IIS, Internet Connection, and test servers).
Purchasing tasks:
- Making technical infrastructure proposal and assessment.
- Making hardware and software quotations.
- Dealing with providers for purchasing software and hardware.
- Firewall concepts
- Supporting company staff for any problem regarding infrastructure.
Preferred knowladge of the following:
- Must be a Good learner, and eager to learn new technologies.
- Know about Microsoft Hyper-V technology.
- Know about Microsoft SharePoint. (Installing, backing up).
- Know about Microsoft TMG 2010.
- Good in handling customers on phone, and remotely.
- Very good in troubleshooting and searching the internet.
- Know about Presales activity.
- Know about dealing with customers.
- Designing, Installing, and managing Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server.
- Designing, Installing, and managing Microsoft Dynamics GP.
- Designing, Installing, and managing tools for Microsoft dynamics (Dynamics Connector, Management Reporter, Web service, and Business Portal).
