Job Description
- Works to achieve production standards of efficiency, minimum wastages and maximum utilization of resources (machines, & raw material).
- Prepares weekly production schedules based on F / G stock level. Obtains approval of Production Manager.
- Prepares monthly shift manning schedule. Ensures that the three shifts positions on all production lines are manned and running as per company standards.
- Ensures that production targets are properly met. Keeps material and time wastages to the minimum. Ensures full utilization of machines and equipments.
- Prepares production reports, points out any deviation from established target and recommends corrective action as necessary.
- Supervises preventive maintenance program. Makes sure it is performed as per schedule.
- Implements and ensures fully implementation of QC standards and procedures.
- Coaches and trains production staff, performs on job training programs. Evaluates performance of subordinates.
- Coordinates with production manager shift supervisors’ work, prepares vacations schedule for production staff.
- Enforce company safety rules and fire regulations.

- B. Sc in Engineering, Production/ Mechanical / Electrical.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years experience in production, preferably with a reputable hygienic manufacturing company.
Skills:
- Very good command English.
- Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, outlook).
- Good management skills (Planning, Organizing, Controlling, & Leading).
- Very good communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player and independent worker.
