•Solve technical problems with the cutting, pattern, and maintenance departments before operating the model through operating samples

•Ensure the availability of equipment, tools and raw materials necessary for production on a monthly basis according to the production plan in coordination with the cutting, warehouses and maintenance departments.

• Reviewing repair and second-class reports and working to reduce the percentages by raising the level of operating quality and achieving the targeted percentages

• Reducing operating time loss through actual monitoring of the performance of the production stages and the performance of the production lines

• Determine production needs for machinery and labor in coordination with the factory manager and the technical office

• Working to reduce auxiliary labor through arranging stages and effective employment of labor

• Ensure that all preventive measures are followed to maintain the safety and health of workers and preserve the place and company assets

• Ensure and follow up on training workers to carry out the new stages and help them increase the effectiveness of the production process to reduce costs

• Ensure follow-up training for new workers within the line; And give the final decision whether or not he is accepted for the job before exceeding 3 months of training time. (test duration)

• Submit periodic supervision and evaluation efficiency reports and submit them to the factory manager
