Assist in developing the policies & procedures for the Company.
Develop a grading system for all levels in the Company.
Propose benefit schemes based on the job levels.
Provide HR procedures and competencies for career planning, succession planning.
Recruitment: search, interview, and shortlist candidates with recommendations.
Issue monthly reports related to headcount, resignations, leaves, etc.
Create job descriptions for all staff members and review and update when needed.
Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
Design and conduct employee orientations.
Work in line with the company requirements on Training Needs
Assessment and conduct an annual training plan.
Recommend, develop and schedule training with various training providers.
Monitor daily attendance and understand causes of continues attendance delays and leaves.
Prepare and maintain human resource data base, HR software system, and manual filing systems.
Determine and recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
Ensure that all staff are aware of the policies and procedures and able to operate them effectively.
Make sure that all staff members have done the annual performance appraisal, summarize the staff appraisals, and highlight important comments in their appraisals.
Develop HR budget for the Company.
