Job Description
- Handle all day-to-day expenses/revenues.
- Develop and maintain procedures for accurate data entry into the company's financial systems.
- Manage the banking relationships, bank reconciliation, cash flows.
- Responsible for payroll checking and to ensure its correctness.
- Responsible of all communications with banks, governmental departments and auditors.
- Monitor expenses and track the budget of each project.
- Review all financial related issues in all contracts, orders, and vouchers.
- Create month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing reports.
- Prepare/handle other financial reports, analysis and duties as assigned.
- A/R and A/P controller including, preparation of invoices, payment requisitions, balances, follow-up and ensure Invoices payment in a timely manner.
- Participating in preparing chart of accounts and construction of accounting system.
- Preparing and analyzing accounting records and financial statements reports
Job Requirements
- 4:5 years of experience.
- Graduated from reputable university - Faculty of Commerce.
- Experience with Oil & Gas Services Field is preferable.
