About the Job
The Valet Manager must oversee and promote a high level of guest service from arrival to departure, while supervising a team of valet parkers and supervisors. He will work to ensure a 100% level of guest satisfaction .
The ideal candidate for this position has a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field, previous valet and customer service experience; one year experience in a supervisor role with guest services or customer-facing leadership/supervisory role

Responsibilities
The following is a representative list of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position:
- Supervise a team of valet parkers and supervisors
- Manage scheduling of the department
- Assist with valet supervisor duties as needed
- Assist with valet parker duties as needed
- Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times
- Inspire and lead a team to maximize service expectations
- Retrieve and park cars according to department policies and procedures
- Provide information to all guests in a courteous and informative manner.
- Handle complaints courteously. When necessary, relay through manager for appropriate action
- Maintain knowledge of Mall services
- Wear proper professional attire and name tag at all times in accordance with the standards of appearance
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management

- 5+ yr of supervisory experience in valet or hospitality
