Junior Project Manager is responsible for assisting the lead Project Manager and/or Senior Project Manager during the entire architectural project on a day-to-day basis from the Schematic
Design/Conception phase through to Design Development, Construction Drawings, Bidding/Contract
Negotiation, Construction Administration and Closeout phases. These functions are performed under direct supervision.
The successful Jr. Project Manager performs these functions in various capacities across multiple architectural projects at any one time, during any one of the aforementioned project phases.
And will handle day to day progress on site and sync needed info to clients when needed

Possess advanced computer knowledge of CAD-based systems (Autodesk Architecture 2014 preferred), Microsoft Windows-based systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)and primavera ; 3-D modeling experience preferred, but not required.
Possess excellent written and oral communication skills;
Possess strong interpersonal skills among the project team and interaction between consultants and client representatives
Ability to move by car to attend project site meetings/surveys.
