Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maximizes the revenue of existing clients' investments.
  • Looks for new leads opportunities with potential clients.
  • Apply all possible sales actions and techniques in order to achieve sales targets.
  • Hold on-site meetings as required for existing clients to follow on issues situations.
  • Provide clients with the technical advises, information or solutions.
  • Acts as first point of contact for all support requirements of clients.
  • Prepare all documentations or presentations that required to do his responsibilities.
  • Manage all kind of issues or complaints of enterprise and VIP customers effectively amd professionally.
  • Produce highest level of customer satisfaction by understanding customers’ needs and build a strong long-term relationship. 
  • Ensures effective communication, coordination, and facilitation of support service activities between the Customer and technical support teams.
  • Write corrective action plans to be applied for resolution, and ensure of proper implemention of corrective action plans.
  • Communicate with customers to assure delivery and full customer understanding of corrective action plans and progress.
  • Conduct root cause analysis documentation for all issues and define the suitable corrective action plan.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Customer service skills with prior experience in the same environment.
  • Very Good technical background of Micorsoft and open source products.
  • Ability to manage and track multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High sense of accountability and in return of investment.
  • Professional user for MS-Office 2013, Visio and Project.
  • Very Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate professionally at all levels.
  • Technical certificates are prefered.
