Job Description

The Sales Specialist is responsible for developing new and profitable revenue through sales of digital marketing services by establishing working relationships with key decision makers of small-mid level business . The right candidates will not only have a proven track record in consultative selling in service organizations; he/she will also have a strong understanding of Internet Marketing, specifically acquisition strategies.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Priority of this position will be to sell digital products. This role will be primarily focused on identifying, cultivating, and closing digital revenue opportunities
  • Identifies decision makers and works to understand their initiatives in developing integrated marketing solutions and matching our product portfolio to their needs.
  • Consults, develops, and presents client-specific marketing plans for execution.
  • Creates and delivers powerful and persuasive presentation to decision makers utilizing the our portfolio of products to provide integrated marketing solutions.
  • Conducts face-to-face presentations, asking for the business and closing defined selling opportunities to drive revenue and hit overall business revenue targets. Leads in the development of client contract negotiations through the close or renewal of business.
  • Creates and manage Prospect/Client database.
  • Achieves revenue and related activity goals.
  • Performs related work and additional duties as needed or required.

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience doing, inside sales, outside sales, business (B2B) to business sales, advertising sales or online sales.
  • Proven track record of success in online media sales, direct experience with selling ad serving online media or technology.
  • Passion for digital media
  • An interest in digital marketing and advertising and the ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments
  • Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Well-developed technological skills (PC, Internet, MS Office, CRM, Mobile)
  • Must have demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and multi-task
  • Performs related work and additional duties as needed or required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Must be able to provide references
