Job Description

  • Organizing works by preparing offices and Stationery for all employees.
  • Following up the organization of seminars, showing and visits sponsored by the participation of the company in terms of organizing transportation, cleaning and providing food and beverages.
  • Following up the work of the office and reception staff is organized according to the needs and priorities of work.
  • Following up the activities of workers and the Cafeteria is organized according to the needs and priorities of work
  • Following up the work of the general cleaning of offices and Cafeteria, bathrooms, walls, doors.
  • The follow-up and organization of the daily movement of vehicles and office maintenance and renewal of its license and make sure to organize works and business trip to meet all business needs.

Job Requirements

  • From 3 to 6 years' experience in farms.
  • Can Deal with Labors, employees and Managers.
  • Tracking Budget Expenses.
  • Strong presentation skills and negotiation skills.
  • Team management experience.
  • Strategic thinking skills.
