Job Description

  • Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit and Handle their enquires.
  • Answer & forward calls, providing information, taking messages & scheduling appointments.
  • Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about classes, cancel classes or obtain details of complaints in a timely manner.
  • Activation of group & private classes.
  • Complete work schedules, manage group & private classes calendars, and arrange appointments.
  • Collect, count, and disburse money accurately and do basic bookkeeping.
  • Inventory and order studio supplies, and requirements.
  • Troubleshoot problems involving office equipment, such as computer hardware and software.
  • Process and prepare memos, correspondence, E-mails, or other documents.
  • Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activitiesSupervise the office boy functions

Job Requirements

  • Very good Written & spoken (English / Arabic Language) is a must; any other language is a plus.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • PC Skills (Word /Excel).
  • Experience in the filed of customer service.
