Job Description
The Medical Doctor will manage daily patient needs with healthcare providers (Hospitals, Labs, Pharmacies, Clinics...) to assure high level of service quality and satisfaction. Her/his objective is to facilitate timely delivery and patient access to the various healthcare services.
Daily duties:
- Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries.
- Queries may range between coverage questions, network location and medical questions.
- Receive requests from Healthcare providers (Hospitals, Laboratories, pharmacies…) and reply with approval decision (approved or rejected).
- Participate in committees, work groups, and/or process improvement teams that improve patient satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of professional experience as medical doctor in Healthcare facilities (Hospitals).
- Experience in medical insurance is a major plus.
- Excellent verbal Communication skills.
- Excellent Listening skills.Must be computer literate.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
- Morning and Night shifts (Night shift ends at midnight) .
- 2 rotational days off.
