Job Description
- Understand catalogs and know the substitution parts numbers.
- Know the stock and prices.
- Put the budget and forecast according to the previous customer requests, sales achieved and old parts stock.
- Answer telephone orders for parts
- Deal with customer orders from stock and warehouse.
- Close the deal until receiving payment or obtaining credit note
- Analyze inventory of stock
- Offer technical advice to his customers on substitution or modification parts when identical replacements are not available.
- Check the returned parts for defects, according to the warranty and exchange or refund policy
Job Requirements
- University degree
- At least 2 years previous experience in selling SP.
- Age between 22-28.
- Completed military service.
- Presentable.
- Communication, negotiation, presentation skills.
- Work under pressure.
- Computer literate.
- Good in English language.
