A leading multinational company is currently looking for:
Call Center Team Leader: (Australian Account)
Key Responsibilities:
Call Center Team Leader: (Australian Account)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direction and motivation to staff to meet revenue and business objectives, maximize revenue, and minimize cost of sale
- Review and monitor and direct team performance and provide necessary coaching to ensure all sales, customer service, call handling and financial objectives are met.
- Accountable for directing workflow to ensure efficiency; plan, schedule, and coordinate team activities as to achieve the volume required to meet demand while operating within the parameters of available resources and budgeted targets.
- Achieve expected production levels based on tenure mix of teams through feedback and development.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Working Hours: from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm (Monday to Friday) - changes may apply.
- Call Center Experience for at least 3 years, with at least 1 year as a Team Leader preferably in an international account– Tourism experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English is a MUST written and spoken
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Graduates only may apply
- Have the ability to work under pressure and toward targets
- Enthusiastic, Energetic with a very positive attitude.
- Have the ability to lead, direct and motivates the team to meet the company’s objectives and targets.
