Job Description
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system.
- Be familiar with all hardware and software.
- Be familiar with network operating system.
- Provide individual training and support on request.
- Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access.
- Troubleshoot all technology issues.
- Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance.
- Install work stations.
- Connect and set up end point hardware.
- Load all required end point software.
- Input and maintain IP addresses from the pool dedicated to end points
- Measure, monitor and work to drive down incident levels that are related to Product and Customer problems.
- Ensure that the Help Desk actively participates in improving the usability and reliability of services.
- Identify and implement improvements to the Help Desk incident logging system in order to provide a more effective and efficient service to customers.
- Ensure that the Help Desk is fully using appropriate knowledge management tools and practices in order to provide a more effective and efficient service to customers.
- Contribute to the success of the business and assist in improving the overall customers experience within the team.
- Meet goals and KPIs as set by the IT Manager and IT Director.
- Any other duties as assigned by management
Additional Information:
- Probation period: 3months from the joining date.
- Training Period: 1 week pre operation&3 weeks on job Training
- one wayTransportation will be provided only on the way back during the training and the probation period
- Two ways transporation will be provided upon becoming a permanent employee.
Job Requirements
- Avaliable to work from 2 pm to 11 pm and from 3pm to 12 am starting from after Ramadan
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related degree
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Has good IT knowledge (Windows, Office, NTFS permeations, …)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Works well in a team and can work unsupervised when required
- Experience in hardware, software maintenance and troubleshooting
- Effective communication skills
- CCNA ,MCITPcertifications are preferred.
- Organized, hard worker and willing to learn and to share his knowledge with the team.
