Job Description
- Opportunities in Market and achieving target
- Generate new business relationships, determine new opportunities, produce and negotiate new revenue, define, achieve and follow up of yearly targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies for new solutions & services related to the target sectors.
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for target segments; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Responsible for brand awareness.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Sales meeting (Vendors, & customers) & Dealing with customers
- Arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Have Exposure in handling prestigious and reputable accounts in the target sectors in Egypt (Government, Banking, and oil & Gas,… etc )
- Further develop multi-tier relationships to organically grow the clients’ accounts and customer base.
- Representing the company at exhibitions, and events.
- Conduct sales meetings with each target sectors per vendor. You must prepare in advance and conduct regular sales meetings.(1 per month)
- Dealing or coordination between other departments
- Coordinate with presales manager company’s products pricing scheme based on Target goals and sales strategy, costing, competitor analysis and target market segments.
- Coordinate with presales manager in preparing tender documents at the written specified timeline agreed.
- Collaborates with pre-sales manager to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
- Coordinate with presales manager for approving every quotation before sending to clients.
- Helping and collaborate with the head of other departments in achieving target.
Job Requirements
Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Have at least 3 year of experience in Banking sector.
- Have experience in IT Business.
- Product Knowledge in (Oracle [Hardware and software, Redhat, VMware, Symantec, HP)
- A pro-active person who can operate both individually and as part of a team.
