Experience dealing with VFS Global is essential for navigating various consulate requirements and ensuring smooth application submissions.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Schedule and secure appointments with embassies and visa application centers, including VFS Global, ensuring timely processing of visa applications.
- Prepare complete client files, including filling out visa application forms, booking travel reservations, and organizing travel insurance as required.
- Liaise with clients to gather all necessary documentation, providing guidance on visa requirements and application procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations and requirements for various countries, focusing on changes that may affect application processes.
- Ensure accurate and secure handling of confidential client information.
- Provide support and detailed advice to clients on the visa application process, including potential issues and how to address them.
- Manage communication with visa application centers, embassies, and clients to resolve any issues that may arise during the visa application process.
- Track application statuses and inform clients of progress or further requirements.
