Research foreign publishers holding the copyright for the targeted books to be published in Arabic.
Communicate with relevant parties of foreign publishers to negotiate and acquire the rights to publish the book in Arabic.
Liaise with internal departments related to the publishing process (publishing departments, marketing, export) to identify proposed titles for Arabic publication and obtain the rights to publish them. Monitor the progress of translated book publishing and ensure compliance with agreed-upon publishing deadlines with the original publisher.
Follow up on the financial dues of foreign publishers with the financial management.
Collaborate with the immediate supervisor to ensure obtaining approval from the original publisher before converting the book into an e-book.

SAP Data Updating and Entry:

Maintain and update details related to contracts, publishers, and purchase orders in SAP.
Collect financial information from e-book sales.

International Book Fairs:

Organize and prepare agendas for international book fairs through communication with our foreign publishing partners and others.

Report Preparation:

Prepare reports accurately and on time to meet department and Dar Nahdat Misr Publishing policies and standards.

Health, Safety, and Environment:

Comply with all safety and environmental management procedures and controls to ensure the safety of employees, regulatory compliance, and the provision of high-quality products and responsible environmental behavior.
